Eiffel Tower

Eiffel Tower is iron tower that was built to celebrate France Revolution and Exhibition of the world. This tower was built in Champ de Mars in the edge of Seine river, France. At the first time, Gustave Eiffel who created Eiffel tower want to build this tower in Barcelona. However, this plan failed because it was claimed to be expensive and not interesting. Then he was not giving up and show his draft to the organizer of universal exhibition in France. Hid draft was accepted and he started to build at 1887. It was finished at 1889. Eiffel tower, which legitimated on March 31, 1889 and opened on May 06, 1889, is built by three hundred workers. At 1909, this tower will be destroyed because the license was only for 20 years. It was canceled because Eiffel tower was claimed advantageous for France. Eiffel tower, which have weight 7300 ton and height 324 M, is renovated every seven year with 50 ton of paint. Also, 20.000 lamps and 800 disco lamps decorated this tower. All in all, Eiffel tower is proper to be one of miracle in the world.
